Funds will be distributed to Family Literacy Projects in Shoshone and/or Kootenai County which have been in existence for at least 2 successful years, usually in $5000.00 increments. The projects are to have a component involving parents(s) and child(ren) learning together as well as separately. Preference will be given to faith-based programs which incorporate Judeo-Christian based teachings and/or location in the project. The funds may be used to cover on-going adminstrative costs and/or service provider salaries.
